Glasgow MS FCCLA School Board Recognition

The 2016 Glasgow Middle School team won the Gold Award at the Family Career and Community Leaders of America competitions at BOTH the state and national levels. The School Board extends our hearty congratulations to team members Lacy Callahan, Susan Connell and Zara Green, as well as to their Lead Advisor, Angela DeHart, who teaches Family and Consumer Science at Glasgow. Glasgow Students Win 2nd Place at the Odyssey of the Mind (OM) Tournament

Glasgow is 1 of 3 schools selected as live interview site for Q&A with a NASA engineer! It all happens on Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day next week 23 February. NASA’s Digital Learning Network will host 30-minute events on every hour starting at 9am EST to highlight women in engineering at NASA. Our interview happens at 3pm ET – Ali Luna, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Program Director, Ames Research Center After the event, all of the videos will be available on the National Engineering Google Classroom for girls that are unable to attend.
