This year’s Glasgow School Spelling Bee will be held on Thursday February 22 from 2:30 to 4:30pm. We practice each Thursday after school, during activity time, in Ms. Champagne’s room: E231. There is no cost to be in the Bee! Students who think they might want to participate in the Bee should join us on Thursdays to have fun improving their spelling and getting ready!

The Glasgow library will host a SCHOLASTIC WINTER BOOK FAIR from Monday, December 4th, through Friday, December 8th. This event will provide a great opportunity for students, families, and teachers to browse the bookshelves for new and interesting titles, and there will be some fun activities and opportunities to win raffle prizes too. Profits from the book fair will go towards the speaking fee and expenses for NY Times bestselling author, Beth Revis, to come visit Glasgow on March 21st. A signup genius will follow with opportunities for parents to volunteer during the book fair.

Panther Store is Back! Our first Panther Stores are on September 29 and October 20! We are very excited to get the store up and running this year and have some new ideas that we will be rolling out to the students shortly.
